Join as a Cadet

Please contact Melanie Boudreault and attend 3 meetings before applying. Once you have attended three meetings, you can apply online or download a form and bring it to a meeting with your $30 dues.

The simplest and quickest method is to apply online. You can apply online by clicking HERE.

Some information you will need as you navigate through the application includes the following:

• Complete the application with a parent
• *Wing:  NE
• *Unit: 800
• *SSN have your Social Security Number available
• Complete the Honor Statement page as well as the Health status page.
• Parent must complete the Authorization page.
• Complete the payment and finalization page with a valid credit card.  Nebraska cadets pay $30 per year.

If you would rather fill out a paper application please print out and fill the form here and bring with payment to our next meeting.  Make the $30 check payable to “Civil Air Patrol”.
